I cannot stop using this app. On and off for about 4 years. They have changed the app recently, it is many times over way better than it used to be. It does still crash a lot!! Ill be in the middle of looking at something, and it all clears away and it starts over right from the beginning. SOOOOoo frustrating! I live in Colorado, so, I understand why it takes so long to get my orders. Sometimes a category will say quick ship... this really is quick, its really nice but they dont do it very often. Customer service is pretty good, as I find it obvious that they send things to me that have been returned obviously several times over. I have received damaged goods perhaps 20% of the time, they are always quick and kind about the refund. If I wasnt such an addict, Id let it go. There are other discount shopping apps that are easier to work with. ❣ ♏️

Pictures dont match listed items, some advertised sales dont show up.

This is the best app to get high end products at fantastic prices! Shipping takes a while but well worth waiting for the price! Spent $400 today and saved more than $1,000! Word to the wise...if you see it and like it, better hurry and buy because products go quickly.

I loved beyond the rack, but the app wont stop crashing and the pictures dont match the listing quite often. Needs a lot of fixing. Ill hold off on any shopping until the bugs are fixed.

Only drawback is slow shipping.

Placed an order over a month ago totaling almost $200. I was purchasing clothing for vacation and ordered 6 items. I received one. No response when I emailed and called to inquire about missing items. DO NOT buy anything from these pro scammers.

Ill write another review since it seems like they are deleting reviews. Horrible company. Avoid at all costs. Merchandise is cheap. Delivery takes forever if it even ships out. This company will be bankrupt and out of business before the end of the year.

Never reviewed my product which was ordered back in February!!! Money has not been put back into my account either!!! Do NOTTTT buy from them!

Ive been waiting for my order for a month now. If you call customer service they tell you it has shipped and it hasnt. I reported them to the BBB about not responding. Either give me my money back or ship my items I paid for!
