The tracking an order option is not working since the update today...
Tried ordering multiple times using different methods and the app always ends up crashing at one point or another . Fix this !
App worked fine....company never sent the order after over a month of waiting and would not return emails until after being told there was a fraud investigation. They then only offered a refund because PayPal contacted them as well. Google this company and you will see they are VERY famous for this and dont pay their product suppliers. Stay clear of what may seem to be a great deal on an item....it will just turn into a headache.
Worst online shopping site experience ever. Order did not arrive, wont respond to my emails, i phoned and was on hold for 20 minutes. And they told me they were not able to cancel my order. I made the order on Feb. 13 and until now i still havent got the product and they wont give me my refund!
I ordered something on January 15th! Its been almost 4 months and I have yet to receive my order!! What the hell BTR. I used to say such good things about this site, not anymore!!! So tired of waiting for something I paid for more then 3 months ago for! Not happy BTR, not happy!!
If I could I would most definitely give this co. a half a star. Item descriptions are listed incorrectly, i.e. listed as being leather when in fact they are man made, sizes are not true to size and when trying to return an item due to their description input error you have to prove to them that it was their error by sending in photos etc. What the heck its your fault not mine. They also used to be fairly prompt with shipping and would as well at least tell you that your order was still on track but are no longer doing this. This co. Has definitely changed! Too bad I think they are going to fail if this keeps up!
Cant access to the app. Keep said something wrong, reload again. Beside that is ok, the shipping sometime fast sometime slow
If I can put no stars I would. Apple remove this app from your store. It doesnt deserve to be here anymore. This place is in bankruptcy protection and the app doesnt work anymore. Dont waste your time and money on this. I placed got order 3 months ago and I never got it. I emailed them and they didnt respond back. I had to call PayPal to put in a dispute. It deserves to fail for poor service and the lack of communication
This companies is going to bankruptcy and the delay for delivery just going worst and worst. Dont use this apps. Its almost the end and you will lost your money.
For some reason, app doesnt work. It keep saying to reload and it doesnt. I even try to reinstall and it still doesnt work. Too bad!

I had great experiences with this website but from Christmas on it has been a disaster. I order stuff, it never came. They finally reimbursed me but it shows my order was never cancelled and is still on track. This new bug fix causes the site to crash before opening and the app wont work. They told they were in the process of changing over management and were really nice when I a called but how can you run a. Business when the app doesnt work and people are still not receiving their orders :(. Its really too bad because I really liked their site.
They used to be an okay website. Now, Ive been waiting for an order I placed in February and another in March! They do not answer their e-mails. Their app is also currently not working, it doesnt even open. Please, do not waste your time downloading this app that will simply give you headaches!
I have been a loyal customer for a long time. The service was amazing. Than slowly it started to go downhill now when I order it takes months of waiting to find out that the product is no longer available. Seriously this has been happening with every order. I wrote them,Tweeted to them DMed them and nothing. Its ridiculous your customer service was top now its the very bottom.
