Ever since the update, app is not working. Constantly asking to reload. Grrr

Theres something wrong with this app. Never loads. Keeps crashing. Ive redownloaded multiple times!

I never receive my order and no one seems to help me to get my money back

I have used this app religiously for about 2 years and never had an issue for the past month it wont load. It keeps saying "reload" with a huge exclamation mark. I am not sure whats going on but please fix this issue.

From the first time This app has been consistently crashing, however I was still able to order every once In awhile. Now since the last update I get " something went wrong, reload". And it hasnt open since no matter what Ive done. That message keeps popping up. I am just going to delete this from my iPhone.

This app is a mess. And so is this company. Even if the app did function properly (it doesnt), this company is a fraud. Always ships the wrong product or sizes, never fulfills return payments unless forced by PayPal... And to top it off, theyre now filed for bankruptcy. Like someone else said, Google reviews for them, and youll thank yourself that you avoided doing business with them.

App isnt working at all keeping getting a reload image. This has been happening for over a month. Seriously fix/update the app.... wow.

Seriously, Beyondtherack needs to read these bad reviews. I sent an email telling them their app doesnt work. They email me back to tell me to clear my cookies. I email them its not the website its their app thats not working which was clearly said in my first email. SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!

Cannot open the app. Tried re installing, still wont open!

If I could give this zero stars, I would. Not only is the app terrible, which is the least of my worries, BTR is probably the worst business I have ever encountered for online shopping. Their customer service is basically non existent, I sent out many emails regarding my product, which I ordered in December. I finally got an email today telling me they do not have stock of my item and issued me a refund, only problem is, is that it is BTR CREDIT. I do not want to give them my business, but I dont have much choice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!

The second star is ony because it used to be great! I ordered thousands pf dollars over the years with BTR. Alaways satisfied! From watches handbags shoes lingerie. I saved so much It was my favorite website.. However Idk what happened with them I ordered and never got my stuff and had to expose them to social medias to get an answer. Yayyks

I cant even open the app. It says its trying to reload but it never does. Fix the app; its the only way I purchase anything from beyond the rack. Business will be lost.

Used to be such a good company. Ive ordered many great things over the last few years with minimal problems. Now the app is garbage, constantly crashing and usually not opening. Ive given on this waste of time app and deleted altogether. Moving Onto a better app with less problems!

I have orders from January I have not received they have never been shipped no one answers the emails or the phone they took the money off my credit card no problem

Cant open anymore; app crashes...

Been three months and still havent received my order. Wont give me a refund- just a credit. Do not use
