This app doesnt even open!!!! Back when the app did work, you had to wait 3-6 weeks for your items. When you call customer service you wait forever! Then they put you on hold and promise to come back but if 5:00 hits while youre on hold it disconnects and theyre "closed" when you call back. They then dont follow up. Its the worst customer service and on line shopping experience EVER!!!

The new version wont open past an error screen.

No matter what....force stopping the app, rebooting my Iphone, Wifi off/on, ect.... Error Screen.

I updated app and now I cant open it! I guess Ill be saving some money!

The app has not been working for last 2 weeks all of sudden??

Ive been waiting for my order for a month now. If you call customer service they tell you it has shipped and it hasnt. I reported them to the BBB about not responding. Either give me my money back or ship my items I paid for! Do not shop from them!!!

Ive downloaded this app three times now and all I get it "Reload" and the app wont open.

I havent been able to open the app for weeks! Just deleted the app!!!

Beyond the Rack is a scam, I was just informed that even thou my order in Feb 17, 2016 wasnt fulfill and BTR would be issuing a refund back in May 12, 2016 because of their restructuring within the company the only way I would get my refund is file a claim with my credit card. I will never buy from BTR ever again and lucky my major credit card company stated I wasnt the first this happen to with BTR and they will be suspending purchase to BTR until they can meet better business practices standards.

At one point this app/store was awesome, my favorite to shop from! They have filed bankruptcy and you wont be receiving any more orders! Have 5 outstanding orders and wont be receiving my items or a refund! They said I could get an in store refund but on my account there is nothing said about any refund! So word to the wise DO NOT ORDER!

Whenever u need to scroll (all the time) itll pick up ur primary touch to scroll as a single touch and open a random, not on screen, menu or item. Cant use really unless u have hours to waste trying to use

Ive ordered a few times from this site and always have to wait over a month for things to be shipped. Plus the wait once I receive the email that it shipped. Not Impressed. Back to Amazon I go!

Im a little addicted to my BTR app!! Very easy to navigate & have always had a good experience with BTR. Items are sometimes rather slow to be delivered, but the easy returns process more than makes up for it.
