The app doesnt load at all. Just constantly gives an error message and then crashes. Not impressed at all.

Terrible! I used to buy often from this site and didnt mind waiting for my shipment to arrive (which at times took 6 weeks). Not sure whats happening here but this app no longer works on my iPhone or iPad. I am not happy but my husband is!

Have downloaded this multiple times and it keeps telling me it wont load. Ive never had any issues with making purchases but this app needs some serious work. Even when it did open, it crashed a lot.

The app has stopped working. Have deleted and reinstalled with no luck...

I was able to successfully place an order using the app but now that Ive been trying to figure whats happened with the order I keep getting an error "Something went wrong. Reload?". App no longer works and I am past the delivery date. Have they gone out of business?

I placed an order in December!! I am still waiting. Use to be a great online store. I wont be returning.

Phone line doesnt work and no answer by email... I wait since 6 February... If you never receive your items and nobody answering, call your credit card and contest the transaction, you will have your money back! Never never never!!!!!

Cant access to the app. Keep said something wrong, reload again. Beside that is ok, the shipping sometime fast sometime super slow

I love this website and seeing what new deals they have. Kind of hard to see when the app crashes every 2 minutes, and at this point the app doesnt even open! Says "you have encountered an error, tap to reload" when you tap nothing reloads. Please fix this! Its been doing this for the past month!

The new update of IOS caused this app to say sorry something went wrong reload! And it never loads. I tried deleting and reinstalling but the same response. I have been waiting for weeks for an update thinking the p producers would fix this not not so far!!! Please fix this app.

I believe this company is in trouble. The app wont work. I have had an ongoing problem returning an item since February 2016.

I have to be honest, I have mixed feelings about Beyontherack online store. I tried it and the first time I got what I wanted however one scarf was so bad I put it into the rag bag. To return things you have to send photos blah blah blah. But the other two items were a wonderful deal! Then I ordered a purse...what a headache that turned out to be! Its been a month and Im still waiting. Customer service reads off a script and was highly annoying! Having the feeling I wont get it so I ordered another purse and it came in quickly and it was a fabulous deal!!! So...Im torn as to how to rate this app. They have a lot of work to do on their customer service skills. I will now only order the special deals to make up for the headaches!!!

BTR filed for bankruptcy protection on or about March 29, 2016 in a Quebec, Canada Court. They appear to be in huge financial difficulty. Call your credit card company to cancel your outstanding order charges.

Just like the Malaysian Airline... The site is down and has disappeared, no where to be found!!

I bought something from them, saw a delivery date that was 2 weeks from the day I ordered, since then theyve changed from delivery date to now a "shipping date" thats always changing. Called them, they said there was an estimated wait time of 30 mins to talk to someone. I hung up after 35mins of no one answering. Emailed them and no reply even after their 48 hour at most for a reply statement. Complete SCAM.

Just downloaded it... Opened it for the first time, "Error, Tap to reload"
