I love this site and have gotten some great deals. The return policy is customer friendly. My only complaint is the app crashes constantly. It will crash 3-4 times whenever I got there. Fix please!

When pressing on certain events, Im redirected to a different event or brand. When i click on a product by a certain designer, the thumbnail is a completely different designer and clothing piece, therefore I dont know exactly what Im looking at. You are better off shopping from the website rather than this app.

I love shopping at BTR even better now that I know they have an app! So much more convenient! :)

On both iPad and iPhone, it is impossible to get past the home page. Clicking any category takes you nowhere. I emailed support and they were completely useless.

Worst app ever used. Completely useless and pointless. Nothing works. Not sure why they wouldnt try to fix this.

This app allows me to find things I like for WAY cheaper than the original price. You cant beat that! Love it!

Use the website via a laptop or desktop. I tried to add a particular item via both the app and the mobile website, it wouldnt add to my basket, so I lost out on the product. I am very disappointed that the developers couldnt seem to make the mobile experience functional.

I love searching through BTR. They have so many cool things that I could really see myself buying. Im a bit of a style addict when it comes to my home and clothes and I really enjoy looking through their home sales. The only thing that would make it easier is if their were more filter options when scrolling through. Like being able to only see certain colors when Im looking through linens and clothes. There is just so much that without more filters I find myself scrolling so long that sometimes I looks interest. But when Im in the mood to scroll through I find some really cool things.

Cannot click on anything without being redirected to the home page. Therefore users have no way to access products.

From the fanciest names down to budget-friendly items, there is good shopping at BTR. Their customer service is fantastic too.

App keeps crashing. Trying to make a purchase. Also where is the place to put my promo code and my $20 credit as stated in my email ? If the sites this bad whats the actual service like?

Dont order from them. They give you credit then when you use it, it takes 4 to 6 weeks for your order then they tell you out of stock. Has happened 3 times to me. They keep emailing me with more credit and saying sorry for the inconvenience. I will never order from them again

Couldnt get it to work after seeing it on tv. Tried to get it off my iPad it wont go away!
