Beside that is ok, the shipping sometime fast sometime super slow
It used to be really good app now dosent even wants to open :(

Im a little addicted to my BTR app!! Very easy to navigate & have always had a good experience with BTR. Items are sometimes rather slow to be delivered, but the easy returns process more than makes up for it.

Some bad moments
The app doesnt load at all. Just constantly gives an error message and then crashes. Not impressed at all.
Terrible! I used to buy often from this site and didnt mind waiting for my shipment to arrive (which at times took 6 weeks). Not sure whats happening here but this app no longer works on my iPhone or iPad. I am not happy but my husband is!
Have downloaded this multiple times and it keeps telling me it wont load. Ive never had any issues with making purchases but this app needs some serious work. Even when it did open, it crashed a lot.
The app has stopped working. Have deleted and reinstalled with no luck...
I was able to successfully place an order using the app but now that Ive been trying to figure whats happened with the order I keep getting an error "Something went wrong. Reload?".
App no longer works and I am past the delivery date. Have they gone out of business?
Keeps telling me error. Ops something went wrong. Reload. But wont reload. Ive deleted app and tried it again. Same thing. Ive bought lots from there.
