Looks like the app is dead. Its been many days and still not fixed.

Loved BTR but can no longer open. Reloading and updating did nothing.

2 thumbs down isnt even enough for the new app/operations. The app wont open anymore, even after doing the newest update, Ive been waiting for months for an order and am now expecting the same wait for my newest orders and Customer Service wont respond to emails regarding the status of orders. I used to love Beyond The Rack, now sadly its gone downhill.

The items I bought never arrived! And as other people wrote before me, I sent them multiple e-mails that were never answered! This is a scam!

Unable to open the app for the past few days. What is happening?

They take forever to ship dont answer emails after 1.5 months if waiting i called them they said 2-3 more weeks to ship then another 8 business days to receive. Got refund not with the wait and hassle

New update wont load the app. Keeps saying something went wrong and gives you a button to click to reload but once you click it, its still the same page

Ive been a customer for many years, but in the last 6 months, received 1 out of 3 orders. I was refunded two and the one order I did receive took 2 months. They did give me a discount code to use on a future order..but now Im sceptical to order again. Too bad I really liked this site.

Used to love this app but now nothing seems to work!!! Very disaappointed

Current version does not load. Isnt anyone going to fix this? Bits mentioned in another review n somethig has gone it isnt my phone or me, bad uodate.

Ive always had a problem with this app crashing, every single time. But then it stopped crashing, it worked great. I couldnt believe it, after several years of crashing. Now every time I hit on the app it gives me the message "something went wrong" and "reload". When I hit on reload it wont. Could you fix it....I mean actually fix this app?

I used to shop on the app a lot until It recently stopped working for me. It keeps giving me the same error when I turn on the app "Something went wrong. Reload!" -- please fix!

Terrible app. Site crashes immediately.

I wrote an email to BTR about a month and a half ago and got a response. The response said the company was in the process of being sold and asked me to be patient for my items. Im not sure that was the truth.

Consistent with all the other VICTIMS of this horrible retailer. Takes forever to come in, if it ever does, no communication around cancelling your orders, ship dates are devastatingly inaccurate.

It says no connection available. Dont update.

Love the things Ive ordered. I cant use the app it keeps saying reload and it will not reload. If the problem is on your side please fix it. No one can order if its not working

Website hasnt worked for weeks… Still waiting for merchandise I Ordered and paid for two months ago… It used to be a good site… But it isnt anymore!
