Fix this thing!!!!!!! Its been years and has never worked!!!!

Ive always had a problem with this app crashing, every single time. But then it stopped crashing, it worked great. I couldnt believe it, after several years of crashing. Now every time I hit on the app it gives me the message "something went wrong" and "reload". When I hit on reload it wont.
Could you fix it....I mean actually fix this app?
