This website needs an update. Although I have gotten some great deals the crash and bang of the apple leaves much to be desired

I dont understand why anyone would rate BTR negatively. I have been ordering from this site for over 4yrs now. The quality is always better than expected & their customer service is very responsive. Each product is clearly stated how long it will take to ship. Its a deals site. Saving money is worth the wait. Disregard the negative reviews above. They should learn how to read first.

Great site for one of a kind deals and bargains on brand name merchandise. The app needs some tweeking though. It often shuts down when Im in the middle of shopping. Other than that, love BTR!

I love Beyond The Racks website, so I figured Id love the app too. I was very wrong. I cant even open the app, it forces a shutdown. I hope they fix it, Id love to use this app.

The idea of the company and app is great of course. Who doesnt love a deal?! But trying to look through the categories is so frustrating. Please please please add a search box first off. Second, add some more filters when you are looking at a group of items. (BRAND most importantly).

They really need to allow 0 star ratings for apps, because this one is absolute garbage. It constantly crashes, or freezes your entire phone. Ill stick to the website thank you very much.

This applications interface doesnt respond to touch. I am prevented from browsing the site or making purchases. The last few times I attempted to use the app, my phone screen froze. I was unable to force quit and had to restart my device. Dont recommend this at all.

This app freezes and cant even load anything half the time. Its disappointing because they have some good deals but you cant even browse, look, or buy due to the app not loading anything. Its just a pain and not worth the download

Since I updated it doesnt work..when I open the app it just shows the refresh circle the whole time...all of my other apps have been updated to support the new iOS but not BTR :(

Since ios8 arrived, the app wont load anything.

This app still doesnt work. When I tap on a picture to look at the products, it just spins....and spins....and spins.....

Absolutely the worst app Ive ever downloaded. It has never worked...ever. Ive tried deleting it and downloading it 2 different times and it just doesnt work. Very frustrating app.

This App needs an overall immediately or they will continue to lose my business. Ive been on this app for over a month and I havent been able to look at anything past the top page. Look at your competitors app! No stars!

Some of the list prices are more than the original price of the item! Ex - Now: $499.99 Was: $495.00 Its not about how much, more on the fact that they are trying to trick you

Can view or order anything. Nothing loads

Installed and its highly unreliable. Takes forever to load. Aside from the app, the deals advertised with "up to 70% off" have original prices that are outrageously high. So yes - you are getting 70% off that great shirt but youre still actually paying retail. Everything is so overpriced.
