Customer for over 4yrs

I dont understand why anyone would rate BTR negatively. I have been ordering from this site for over 4yrs now. The quality is always better than expected & their customer service is very responsive. Each product is clearly stated how long it will take to ship. Its a deals site. Saving money is worth the wait. Disregard the negative reviews above. They should learn how to read first.
