Addicted, SOoooooo....

I cannot stop using this app. On and off for about 4 years. They have changed the app recently, it is many times over way better than it used to be. It does still crash a lot!! Ill be in the middle of looking at something, and it all clears away and it starts over right from the beginning. SOOOOoo frustrating! I live in Colorado, so, I understand why it takes so long to get my orders. Sometimes a category will say quick ship... this really is quick, its really nice but they dont do it very often.
Customer service is pretty good, as I find it obvious that they send things to me that have been returned obviously several times over. I have received damaged goods perhaps 20% of the time, they are always quick and kind about the refund. If I wasnt such an addict, Id let it go. There are other discount shopping apps that are easier to work with. ❣
